Data deletion
Effective date: August 16, 2026
If you want to delete your personal data processed by COLAB AI S.A.S., follow these steps:
- Send an email to admin@colabai.tech with the subject "Data deletion", indicating: your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your data and a description of the data you want to delete.
- Verification and confirmation: we will verify your identity to protect your information and confirm receipt of the request through the same channel.
- Deletion timeframe: we will process the deletion within a maximum of 30 CALENDAR DAYS from the verification of the request.
- Data that is retained: we may retain certain information for the time required by applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations; once those periods have elapsed, such information will be deleted or anonymized.
- Meta Platform Data: this request includes the deletion of the Platform Data obtained from Meta platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger and Instagram) that is under our control through the Meta app "colab-crm". This data includes, as applicable: the content and metadata of the messages, the phone number and profile name of the end customer, the WhatsApp phone number ID and account ID (WABA ID), the message ID, the Messenger Page-Scoped ID (PSID) and the Instagram-Scoped ID (IGSID).
- End customers of companies using Colab CRM: if your data was processed by a company that uses Colab CRM, that company is the Data Controller. You may request deletion directly from that company or from COLAB in its capacity as Data Processor; in the latter case, we will channel the request together with the responsible company.
